Local operational counterbalancing of the weights of fans

Imbalances are measured and indicated during normal operational phases by vibration analysis and are eliminated by systematic local counterbalancing according to ISO 2372 without cost-intensive dismantling / mounting of impellers.

Inspection of maintenance-bound fire protection flaps according to the regulation of permission

Exceeding this legal document there will be set up a test- report about each flap for your document file, where there are included all the technical data, locations, etc. We own different certificates, which entitle us for the performance of maintenance and inspection activities at fire- protection flaps and fire-protection valves.

Alteration and reconstruction of ventilation plants / ventilation ducts

We offer design-work for new installations and modifications of air conditioning plants in partnership with special firms. Furthermore there are included the following activities in our service program: Cleaning of ventilation plants, delivery of spare- and wear- parts, renovations and repairs of ventilation plants.

We offer filter- exchanges, cleaning of louvre dampers, weather protection lattices / gratings, fan casings and other ventilation elements, partly in cooperation with partner firms. Wear parts like anti- friction bearings, V-belts,and filters won't only be delivered by our company, but they are also mounted skilfully.
